MN Youth Chain Shoot #3 - Lester Prairie
Lester Prairie Sportsmen’s Club, 3548 180th St, Lester Prairie, MN
Registration begins at 8:00am with shooting to follow at approximately 8:30-9:00am.
This is a youth-only competition—a 100 bird Singles event followed by a separate 100 bird Handicap event. Cost is $26/100 targets plus $3ATA/$3MTA fees. You must supply your own ammo--please know that with the ammo shortage you should assume no ammo will be available at the club for purchase.
_____
The Minnesota Chain Shoot is a chain of 4 youth-only, ATA registered target shoots and awards prizes in all four youth categories: Junior Gold, Junior, Sub-Jr and Pre-Sub.
Classes within each category are determined using a computerized Lewis-class program (designed for mySA by Ron Baker) which means everyone has a chance to win, not just the top shooters.
All scores are posted at www.minnesotashotgun.org the same day, and prizes are mailed the week following the shoot; this allows shooters and their families to come, shoot, and leave without having to wait around for results.

MTA Youth Day & AIM State Championship
This annual MTA Youth Day invites Minnesota youth shooters, as individuals and teams, to compete during the Minnesota State Shoot in an event all their own.
NEW FOR 2019: Minnesota State AIM Championship is being moved to Monday (instead of the following Saturday as in the past) to better accommodate the event’s team component, and will now be a 100-bird event.

MN Youth Chain Shoot #1: Del-Tone/Luth Gun Club
All mySA’s MN Youth Chain Shoots are 100 16-yard ATA targets and, new for 2019, will be followed by an optional 100 handicap ATA targets! Proof of ATA membership is required; memberships may be renewed the day of the shoot, and new youth shooters received their first year of membership free (when signing up in person at an ATA shoot) courtesy of fundraising efforts by the Minnesota Youth Shotgun Association’s volunteers and support of ATA shooters everywhere, especially Minnesota!
